Antidote is looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our growing London team. We are a premium wellbeing operator delivering fitness, wellness and community experiences across residential and corporate environments. This is a varied role suited to someone early to mid-stage in their marketing career who enjoys working across both marketing delivery and the day-to-day coordination of platforms, content and campaigns.
The Role
This is a practical, fast-paced position supporting marketing activity across multiple sites and services. You will play a key role in delivering campaigns, managing marketing communications through HubSpot, and supporting Antidote’s social and digital presence. Alongside this, you will help coordinate the systems and platforms that underpin our marketing and member communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver marketing campaigns across Antidote’s sites and services
- Create and manage flyers, posters, digital assets and other marketing collateral (often tailored to specific clients or locations)
- Manage email communications and workflows through HubSpot (core part of the role)
- Support and contribute to social media activity, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram
- Coordinate blogs and wider brand communications
- Assist with the setup and ongoing management of marketing platforms (including Glofox and HubSpot)
- Help set up services, classes, memberships and marketing journeys within platforms
- Support basic troubleshooting and coordination of platform-related issues
- Manage and organise marketing data, contact lists and campaign tracking
- Work closely with internal teams to promote services including PT, reformer Pilates, swim, massage and wider wellbeing offers
- Help coordinate photoshoots, videography and content creation
- Contribute to maintaining consistency across Antidote’s brand and communications
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a marketing role with hands-on use of HubSpot (essential)
- Experience managing or contributing to social media channels (particularly LinkedIn and/or Instagram)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident producing marketing materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe or Indesign
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and requests across different sites
- Proactive, reliable and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable working across both creative and administrative aspects of marketing
- Experience with platforms such as Mailchimp or similar is a plus
- Experience with Glofox (or similar systems) is helpful but not essential — training will be provided
- London-based and able to work in a hybrid way
