With strong expansion plans ahead, the business is now seeking an experienced Executive Chef to drive food quality, kitchen standards and BOH leadership across the estate.

Ideal Experience & Passion

  • Executive Chef, Area Chef, Group Chef, or Senior Head Chef experience within multi-site operations
  • Strong commercial understanding with proven GP and labour control
  • Track record delivering consistent food quality at scale
  • Experience developing menus, specs and costings
  • Confident recruiting, developing and leading BOH teams
  • Experience supporting new openings and business growth
  • Strong compliance knowledge (HACCP, allergens, EHO standards)
  • Hands-on, organised and people-focused leadership style
