Our client, a rapidly expanding food hall operator, is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Managerto oversee all aspects of compliance and safety across their portfolio.
This role is responsible for ensuring high standards of food hygiene, fire safety, venue safety, and EHO compliance as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain allfood hygiene and food safetystandards across multiple sites.
- Managefire safetyprocedures, including risk assessments, training, and emergency protocols.
- Ensure fullvenue safetycompliance and implement safe systems of work.
- Lead and manage all EHO interactions, inspections, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct regular audits and provide clear recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with venue teams and senior management to embed best practice across the estate.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Health & Safety or Food Safetyrole within hospitality, F&B, or a multi-site environment.
- Strong understanding of UK food hygiene standards, fire safety regulations, and general health and safety legislation.
- Confident working with local authorities and external regulators.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work across multiple sites and adapt to a fast-moving operation.
