Ideally you will have Sushi QSR experience from either Japan, Australia or LA. We are looking for an Head of Food, that is creative, thoroughly loves food, and is a natural born leader and developer of people. The Head of Food will work directly with the owners and you will be charged with all aspects of bringing this amazing new concept to life.

• Have previous experience in multiple openings
• Supply chain and logistics experience
• Have a true passion for food
• Great organisational skills and time management
