Antidote Hospitality is working with a fast-growing premium casual dining group known for delivering high-quality food and vibrant guest experiences across multiple high-performing sites. With strong expansion plans ahead, the business is now seeking an experienced Executive Chef to drive food quality, kitchen standards and BOH leadership across the estate.

Ideal Experience & Passion:
- Executive Chef, Area Chef, Group Chef, or Senior Head Chef experience within multi-site operations
- Strong commercial understanding with proven GP and labour control
- Track record delivering consistent food quality at scale
- Experience developing menus, specs and costings
- Confident recruiting, developing and leading BOH teams
- Experience supporting new openings and business growth
- Strong compliance knowledge (HACCP, allergens, EHO standards)
- Hands-on, organised and people-focused leadership style
