We’re looking for an exceptional Deputy General Manager to lead and support the opening of an exciting new restaurant launching soon in East London.

This concept will deliver a modern, creative, and conscious approach to dining combining great food, stylish design, and a warm, engaging service culture. We’re searching for a DGM who can bring passion, structure, and energy to the team from day one.

What you’ll do :

• Support all aspects of the pre-opening setup and daily operations.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate front-of-house team.
• Drive excellence in service standards and guest experience.
• Work closely with the senior leadership to ensure smooth operations and strong financial performance.
• Build a positive, people-first culture where everyone thrives.

What we’re looking for :

• Previous AGM or DGM experience in a premium, high-volume restaurant or lifestyle concept.
• A natural leader who balances warmth with operational discipline.
