The Accounting Associate will provide broad support to the accounting team, assisting with foundational accounting tasks and administrative duties. This part-time role offers valuable exposure to accounting operations and evolving systems and workflow improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Support AP workflow and continuous automation improvements
- Audit submissions, track expenses against budgets, and ensure accuracy and alignment with purchase orders
- Communicate with vendors and customers (external and internal) regarding billing, payment inquiries, and general questions
- Assist with basic reconciliations and reporting
- Maintain organized digital records, schedules and documentation
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of Accounting, Finance, or a related field, supported by academic or professional experience
