Role Overview:
We are seeking a Scientific Technical Support Specialist with a PhD in a life sciences subject and hands-on experience with antibodies, ELISA kits, assay kits, and other protein-based products. In this crucial role, you will be the go-to expert for technical support, offering tailored advice to customers and distributors to ensure they select the right products for their specific needs. You will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, provide guidance on experimental protocols, and help improve customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Your role will also involve staying up-to-date with the latest scientific trends and advancements in antibody-based technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert, science-driven technical support to customers, assisting with product selection, usage, and troubleshooting of antibodies, ELISA kits, assay kits, and other protein-based products.
- Collaborate with distributors to respond to technical inquiries, ensure product suitability, and offer guidance on experimental protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
- Advise customers on optimizing their experimental protocols, ensuring they obtain reliable and reproducible results with our products.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer-specific needs, whether for standard assays, customized research, or high-throughput applications.
- Stay up-to-date with product developments, scientific literature, and market trends to provide the most current and relevant information to customers and internal teams.
