About the Role

Do you have a background in life sciences and a flair for writing? We’re looking for a talented Life Science Content Marketing Writer to help us communicate our products and vision to researchers around the world.

This is a hands-on role suited to a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who is excited by the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging and scientifically accurate content across digital and print platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

As a Life Science Content Marketing Writer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Writing scientific and marketing content for web, email, print, and social media.
  • Drafting flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials, and overseeing their visual design.
  • Creating and maintaining product landing pages and other website content.
  • Planning and writing newsletters for curated email campaigns and automated workflows.
  • Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our products.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging and branding.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and refining strategies for improved outcomes.
  • Implementing lead generation and nurturing strategies.
  • Using marketing automation tools to segment and manage customer workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A PhD in a life science field.
  • 5+ years of scientific writing and/or marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Experience with basic HTML and web editing.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
