About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, high-performing sales professional to help expand our UK customer base. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting our portfolio across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, diagnostic, and academic sectors. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in life sciences sales who thrives in a dynamic, start-up environment. You will identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and play a key role in accelerating our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth by promoting our full product range.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across multiple customer segments.
- Host mini-exhibitions and table-tops and visit customers across the UK.
- Develop relationships with procurement departments and negotiate e-marketplace access.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, with a focus on high-potential accounts and developing a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) network.
- Manage customer information, quotations, and pipeline opportunities effectively through the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve individual revenue targets while collaborating with the wider sales team to meet overall business goals.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science field (MSc/PhD advantageous).
- 3+ years’ proven experience in sales or business development within life sciences, reagents, IVD, or pharma/biotech industries.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Full, clean driving license with flexibility to travel as required.
- Professional, credible, and confident in customer-facing interactions.
