Antibodies.com is a fast-growing company supplying high-quality protein research tools to life scientists worldwide. Our products help researchers analyse biological systems at the molecular level—supporting discovery in disease research and therapeutics. Headquartered in Cambridge (UK), with hubs in the USA and Sweden, we’re growing year-on-year and are focused on our mission: enabling researchers to discover more, for less.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Life Science Content Marketing Manager to create outstanding, scientifically accurate content that helps researchers understand our products—and helps our business grow. This is a hands-on individual contributor role (no direct reports) in a fast-paced scale-up environment. You’ll own content across web, email and print, support product launches and campaigns, and use performance data to continually improve results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Writing scientific and marketing content for web, email, print, and social media.
  • Drafting flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials, and overseeing their visual design.
  • Creating and maintaining product landing pages and other website content.
  • Planning and writing newsletters for curated email campaigns and automated workflows.
  • Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our products.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging and branding.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and refining strategies for improved outcomes.
  • Implementing lead generation and nurturing strategies.
  • Using marketing automation tools to segment and manage customer workflows.

Note: This is a varied role, and responsibilities may evolve as the company grows.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A PhD in a life science field.
  • Strong track record of scientific writing and translating complex concepts for different audiences (portfolio/writing samples preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Experience with basic HTML and web editing.
  • Familiarity with SEO and GEO principles and keyword research.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Marketing experience in a life science or biotech company (preferred but not essential).

If you meet most of the criteria but not all, we still encourage you to apply.

Remuneration

We offer a competitive salary (commensurate with experience) and a company bonus scheme (10% OTE up to 20%) and company perks.

How to Apply

Send your CV and a short cover letter (and optionally 2–3 writing samples) to hr@antibodies.com.
