Role Summary
Working in a small, hands-on marketing team, the Brand Marketing Intern will support the marketing department in the delivery of marketing activities across campaigns, influencers, social media and stores. You will spend three days a week working alongside the Brand Marketing Manager and two days a week supporting the social team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work with the buying teams and distribution centre to request and coordinate product for upcoming influencer partnerships.
- Assist with our influencer partnership programmes, building relationships and setting up activations.
- Support in the creation of marketing reports and campaign evaluations collating assets and results.
- Support in the set up and delivery of data capture competitions.
- Support retail stores including sourcing marketing opportunities, resources and admin assistance such as store signage requests.
- Assist with scheduling and community management of all social media channels.
- Tagging products and posting to Instagram / Instagram Stories.
- Stay abreast of top social trends, competitor posts and marketing practices and feedback to the wider social team.
- Ad-hoc support on customer care in social channels.
- Image research across Instagram and TikTok.
- Support on ad-hoc video content and feature in company TikToks.
- Delivering the Pinterest strategy for the year with a keen understanding to learn SEO and work with the platform on best practices.
What You'll Need
- You must be a 2nd year undergraduate student at a UK University undertaking an accredited placement year or currently working in one of our URBN stores.
- You must be available for 1-year full time from July 2026 until July 2027.
- A passion and enthusiasm for the Anthropologie brand and what we represent.
- A love for fashion and be interested in the market at large.
- Ability to multitask in our fast-paced Head Office.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
- A lover of TikTok and someone who is on top of trending items.
- Keen knowledge of social media platforms and general pop culture / key dates / events.
