Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates and SEO in the UK and wider European markets. This is a pivotal role within the business for improving ROAS and growing all digital marketing channels in line with business goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Head of Digital Marketing in the development, management and execution of the Anthropologie EU digital marketing strategy.
  • Management of external digital marketing agencies, ensuring delivery of channel strategy and performance through challenging partners on performance & areas for opportunities.
  • Support the Head of Digital Marketing with forecasting channel traffic, demand, spend and efficiency.
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting to deliver growth across marketing channels and strategic priorities.
  • Deliver on clear investment targets across paid channels, ensuring spend & efficiency is aligned to forecasts.
  • Through analysis, seek opportunities to drive growth & optimise performance across marketing channels.
  • Manage in‐house paid social marketing, through ad planning, optimised investment and review of ad performance.
  • Partner with the organic social team on the paid social strategy and cross‐funnel budget.
  • Manage the marketing feeds and work with agency on optimisations.
  • Manage Affiliate tenancy and commission opportunities, in line with our marketing calendar.
  • Work closely with the online trading, brand marketing and buying teams to ensure ads and product focuses are aligned with business priorities and trends.
  • Partner with the ecommerce trading and web production team on SEO recommendations and optimisations.
  • Management of the Digital Marketing Assistant.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to grow Digital Marketing channels through new vendors and projects.
  • Attend weekly, monthly and ad hoc trade meetings, presenting trade and highlighting opportunities to further grow the business.

  • Confident in all areas of online marketing, with experience in managing multiple activities.
  • A confident communicator and willing to influence through best practice and ROAS.
  • Ability to analyse marketing campaigns and present strategies based on results.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience with managing a team.
  • Ability to multi‐task and delegate.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
