Location: This position is located at 16 College Lane, Liverpool, L13DS United Kingdom.

Role Summary: 40 hour Visual Coordinator - home store is Liverpool with dual site being Manchester Store. The Display Coordinator works to set the highest standard possible for display and visual excellence. Create an environment that is creative, dynamic and entertaining for our customers. Work alongside the Visual Coordinators/Visual Managers and Store Managers in each store to curate and craft a compelling environment for the stores through application of display. Utilise a multitude of mediums to execute display across multiple stores that enhances the store specific scenario and impacts the customer experience. Manage a seasonal budget and ensure displays are cost effective.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Display - Interpret Company direction and updates to ensure displays create an artistic, visionary and unique environment that has a positive impact on sales. Ensure excellent craftsmanship throughout all windows and in-store displays. Actively seek outside inspiration and apply personal talent to develop and contribute unique perspectives to the overall display concept. A willingness to support on new store openings and projects.
  • Managing the Environment – Efficiently utilise all display materials, including adaptations from recycled displays. Keep work areas on and off the shop floor organised and clean, with an emphasis on customer and employee safety. Maintain an organised display room. Implement displays safely and with longevity in mind.
  • Budgets - Manage project display budgets and coding payment card.
  • Leadership and Communication - Communicate display plans through visual presentations to store and district team. Consistently collaborate with Visual Coordinators/Managers and Store Managers which results in innovative and timely project execution.
  • People - Promote the Anthro philosophy of “peers teaching peers” by sharing skills and achievements as well as knowledge of contemporary art, music and culture. Mentor retail teams on display through training on visual expectations, operational standards and materials/tool management. Identify and develop team members to assist in display projects and seasonal set-ups by working with VC/VM and store management. Celebrate both individual and shared goals.
  • Operations – Supporting sales generation by creating an environment that supports the appearance of the product and reflects the customer lifestyle and interests. Aware of stock loss goals, avoid display creating blind spots for sales associates and CCTV. Planning customer flow with the SM and VM/VC. Working with store team to assist in reaching sales target.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in working in the art and design field.
  • Strong Artistic background with an understanding in multiple mediums both 2D and 3D with desire to learn more.
  • Ability to develop creative ideas into working solutions. A completed professional portfolio should be submitted if applicable.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and strong organisational skills.
  • Carpentry skills a plus.
  • Experience with working at a large scale a plus.
  • Comfortable using power tools.
