We are looking for a Social Content Creative to help bring the Anthropologie EU brand to life through compelling, platform‑first storytelling. This is a creative‑first role for someone who can concept, shoot and edit engaging content with a strong understanding of social‑first storytelling, fashion, culture and evolving digital trends. The ideal candidate will have strong videography and editing skills, exceptional taste levels and a passion for creating both lo‑fi & high‑fi content that feels unique, culturally relevant and commercially impactful.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create and capture engaging social‑first content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
- Build recurring content formats and storytelling frameworks that create recognizable, returnable moments for our audiences.
- Develop a test‑and‑learn culture that's rooted in brand integrity.
- Work with Buying partners to understand what's being sold and how products can be brought to life in ways that feel editorial rather than transactional.
- Partner with Creative teams to translate campaign direction, brand identity, and visual language into socially native content.
- Align with Marketing partners on broader brand moments, key launches, and seasonal priorities.
- Support the development of content that operates across three lenses simultaneously: brand identity, cultural relevance and commerce.
- Lead & assist cross functionally with content shoots, including content capture, styling support, talent direction and on‑set content creation.
- Edit video and static content for social channels including paid.
- Support the development of recurring content series and social storytelling formats.
Paid Social
- Drive the development of content specifically for Paid Social and Digital Marketing channels.
- Demonstrate an understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Cost Per Session (CPS).
- Use data from Paid team to inform content decisions moving forward.
Trend, UGC & Competitor Research
- Monitor emerging social trends, platform updates, trending audio and evolving content formats.
- Identify culturally relevant opportunities that align with the Anthropologie brand and audience.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify opportunities, best practices and content inspiration.
- Source and organise UGC inspiration, creator references and platform‑native content ideas.
- Monitor audience sentiment and provide feedback on emerging conversations, trends and customer interests.
Content Planning & Social Operations
- Support content planning, scheduling and publishing across social channels.
- Assist the Social Media Executive with social reporting by identifying key learnings.
- Help maintain content calendars and ensure content is delivered on time.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce and Retail teams.
Shoot & Production Support
- Support shoot preparation, on‑set logistics, budgets and sample management.
- Assist with content tracking, asset selection and post‑shoot organisation.
- Support content capture opportunities during events, launches, store openings and brand activations.
- Help organise and maintain content libraries for future use across channels.
What You'll Need
- Strong proven experience in a social creative, content production, videography or related role.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Exceptional taste level with a strong eye for fashion, styling, visual aesthetics and social‑first storytelling.
- Proven experience shooting both lo‑fi iPhone and high‑fi DSLR content.
- Strong videography, editing and content ideation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of social trends and what makes content perform while maintaining brand integrity.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong cross‑functional collaborator.
- Highly organised and proactive with experience managing multiple projects.
