Role Summary
The Creative Store Experience Leader is a visual merchandising expert supporting head office retail teams and store teams. They take a forward-thinking approach to customer experience, space allocation, merchandising, styling and display to drive sales and engage customers in our retail spaces.
What You'll Be Doing
- Customer Experience
- Influence: partners with the field teams on the creation of an engaging experience that appeals to the Anthro customer.
- Brand and Customer Connection: leads and supports visual initiatives & direction to evolve the retail experience.
- Reimagine Retail: creates an environment that provides an engaging and personalised experience for each customer.
- Leadership + Team Management
- Lead: advises store leadership in maintaining a visually compelling store to drive sales and meet budget while upholding presentation standards.
- Collaborate: partners closely with store and head office leadership to plan and execute projects; prioritising overall store & visual team objectives.
- Grow: identifies and trains others in preparation for career progression; mentors store leadership to develop visual acuity.
- Visual + Business Operations
- Visual Environment: collaborates with Home Office visual team to apply visual direction in store.
- Planning and Execution: collaborates in merchandising & display planning process through sharing of inspiration and idea generation.
- Prioritisation and Time Management: partners with creative experience team to align on visual priorities and initiatives.
- Communication + Relationships
- Build Relationships: maintains productive partnerships within head office functions contributing to strong communication and teamwork.
- Share Knowledge: provides feedback & direction to store team with high-level approach to shop placement and product presentation.
- Adapt: demonstrates adaptability by redirecting merchandising priorities as needed.
