Role Summary
A Key Holder contributes to creating a customer-centric environment by supporting the store leadership team in service, selling, and daily processes. They are an expert in operating procedures and mentor the associate team. This can be a part-time or full-time role.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Customer Engagement: collaborate with the leadership team to cultivate a welcoming environment where customers feel heard and valued
- Selling Culture: drive sales and store metrics by using key performance indicators to set team and zoning goals
- Omni-Channel Service: utilize technology to deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience through execution of all omni services
Leadership and Team Management
- Floor Presence: help manage the store environment and customer experience by maintaining an energized pace and positive team dynamics
- Empowerment: act as a proactive team member, supporting problem solving and enhancing each customer’s experience
- Team Development: assist in training the associate team, including new hire onboarding
Visual + Business Operations
- Daily Operations: support opening and closing procedures, store standards, restocking, and assistance with facilities or IT issues
- Product Flow: collaborate on shipment and omni fulfilment processes; support visual standards, stock levels, and markdowns
- Store Environment: help maintain standards and cleanliness; stay current on monthly visual messaging and concept updates
Communication + Relationships
- Inclusion: contribute to an inclusive work environment by listening to others and seeking diverse perspectives
- Communication Loop: maintain open communication with leadership to achieve store objectives
- Insights and Feedback: provide insights on customer and employee experiences and share feedback with the Store Manager
- Team Dynamic: support positive team morale through brand initiatives and team-building activities
