The Display Coordinator sets the highest standard for display and visual excellence, creating a creative, dynamic and entertaining environment for customers. Working alongside Visual Coordinators, Visual Managers and Store Managers, they curate compelling store environments using multiple media, manage seasonal budgets, and ensure displays are cost‑effective.
What You'll Be Doing
- Interpret company direction to create artistic, visionary displays that positively impact sales.
- Maintain craftsmanship across windows and in‑store displays, seeking inspiration and contributing unique perspectives.
- Utilise display materials efficiently, including recycled adaptations, keeping work areas organized and safe.
- Manage project budgets and coding of payment cards.
- Present display plans to store and district teams through visual presentations, collaborating with Visual Coordinators/Managers and Store Managers for innovative, timely execution.
- Promote the Anthro philosophy of peer teaching, mentor retail teams on visual expectations, operational standards and materials/tool management, and develop team members for display projects.
- Support sales generation by creating environments that reflect customer lifestyles, avoid blind spots, plan customer flow, and assist in reaching sales targets.
What You'll Need
- Experience in art and design.
- Strong artistic background in multiple media (2D and 3D) with a desire for continued learning.
- Ability to develop creative ideas into working solutions.
- Completed professional portfolio submitted when applicable.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Carpentry skills a plus.
- Experience working at large scale a plus.
- Comfortable using power tools.
