About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About The Role
Anthropic is growing quickly across EMEA, and we need recruiters who can help us hire exceptional people into the teams that keep the company running and bring our work to customers. We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent team—based in London or Dublin—to own full‑cycle recruiting for either our G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, and related areas) or our Go‑To‑Market organization (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer‑facing roles), depending on business need and your background. This is a full‑cycle individual‑contributor role for a strong recruiter who can run an excellent process end to end—sourcing, screening, managing stakeholders, and closing. You’ll partner with hiring managers across EMEA to understand what great looks like, build healthy pipelines, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects Anthropic’s values. You’ll work in a fast‑moving environment where priorities shift, and you’ll have real ownership over the roles you run. We’re open to candidates whose strength is in G&A recruiting or in GTM recruiting; in your application, tell us where your experience is deepest.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for a portfolio of G&A or GTM roles across EMEA—from intake through offer and close
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate the bar, and build effective sourcing strategies
- Source and engage high‑quality active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive pipelines
- Run structured, rigorous, and candidate‑centric interview processes that uphold Anthropic’s hiring bar
- Manage candidates through the process with clear communication and a great experience at every stage
- Collaborate with the broader Talent team, People Partners, and Compensation to structure offers and guide candidates to close
- Use data to track pipeline health and share insight that helps hiring managers make good decisions
Minimum Qualifications
- Track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets
- Familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape and comfort recruiting across multiple countries
- Strong stakeholder management—you build trust and partnership with hiring managers
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple searches at once without dropping details
- Clear, direct communication style and a bias toward action
- Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast‑moving environment
- Genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission and the role recruiting plays in achieving it
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in either G&A (Finance, Legal, People) or GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) hiring
- Experience recruiting at a high‑growth technology, AI, or machine‑learning company
- Experience recruiting across both G&A and GTM functions
- Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK and Ireland
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
- Additional European language skills relevant to hiring across the region

Benefits are tailored to the country of employment and typically include health coverage, generous parental leave, flexible time off, and retirement provisions in line with local norms. Specific details will be shared during the interview process. Annual Salary £105,000—£145,000 GBP
Logistics
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience. Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position.
Location-based hybrid policy
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren’t able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. If we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
