The Opportunity:

As Associate Director, you’ll inherit an incredibly strong platform to build from. The business is busy, growing rapidly and has an enviable reputation within their sector. Initially, the role will have a strong delivery focus across retained executive search assignments, while developing existing client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow your own portfolio.

You’ll lead a team of experienced recruitment professionals, working closely with them, helping them with their day to day challenges and helping develop their own careers. Longer term, this is a genuine opportunity. The business has ambitious expansion plans across Manchester & London, and they’re looking for someone who wants to play a key role in that journey, with the potential pathway towards Managing Director in the future.
