Anthony Osborne Surveyors Ltd is a reputable and long-established firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in residential and commercial property surveys. With a commitment to delivering high quality service, the company prides itself on providing comprehensive, professional reports primarily RICS Level 2 and 3 surveys on all types of residential property but also comprehensive building surveys on commercial properties. The organisation fosters a professional and collaborative work environment that emphasises accuracy, efficiency and client satisfaction.
Due to a continuing high volume of instructions, we are seeking either a Chartered or AssocRICS surveyor whose primary role will be to provide high quality RICS Level 2 and 3 surveys. This home-based role can be either on an employed basis with a generous salary and benefits or, alternatively, as a consultant on a fee share basis. Either role would suit those seeking independence and flexibility with high earnings potential.
We currently operate primarily in and around Bristol and Bath to include the surrounding areas of Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Somerset and South Wales but we are seeking to expand geographically so will consider applicants based further afield.
