We are looking for a People Operations Advisor to join our People team.
- Salary: £32,464 per annum
- Contract: Permanent, full time
- Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
- Location: Hybrid, 2 days a week at head office in Hampstead, London
Job Summary: You’ll work collaboratively with our managers and colleagues across Anthony Nolan, delivering operations and payroll advice and support in all aspects of our employee lifecycle by:
- Providing advice on our benefits, policies, terms and conditions and processes.
- Ensuring that any contractual or other employment changes are carried out.
- Inputting and preparing our monthly payroll data to submit to our managed payroll provider.
- Submitting our pension and other benefit reports.
- Ensuring our HR platform data is maintained and accurate.
- Providing employee related reports and insight.
