We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Supporter and Youth to join our Engagement team.
Title: Marketing Manager, Supporter and Youth
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London
This role manages the marketing approach for some of our key audiences and supports the Senior Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of strategic marketing projects with other teams in the organisation.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and consideration, and inspire loyalty among key audiences, with a focus on supporter and youth segments. This includes project planning, managing creative content development, desk research, audience insight work, and delivery of multi-channel activity, as well as evaluation. It also includes optimising key brand campaigns throughout the year to targeted audiences to deliver the brand and marketing strategy.
You will work closely with the Marketing team, as well as the Communications, Fundraising, and Register Development teams. You will also collaborate with our partner agencies as needed. You should have a solid understanding of strategic marketing approaches, experience in managing brand marketing campaigns, and stakeholder management skills. You will also undertake activities related to each role as required. The role sits within the Marketing team, which is part of the wider Engagement division (including Communications and Register Development).
