Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteer couriers to deliver transport services that meet the needs of UK transplant centres and clients.

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics for stem cell products, prioritising urgency and accuracy in every shipment.
  • Develop and maintain efficient transport processes to support high standards of service and patient outcomes.
