Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteer couriers to deliver transport services that meet the needs of UK transplant centres and clients.
- Ensure all team members are trained, supported, and motivated, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely deliveries.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics for stem cell products, prioritising urgency and accuracy in every shipment.
- Develop and maintain efficient transport processes to support high standards of service and patient outcomes.
- Provide leadership that fosters continuous improvement and ensures compliance with relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
