The High-Value Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of Anthony Nolan’s high-value fundraising programme. This role provides essential operational and stewardship support across mid-level and major giving, ensuring supporters receive timely, personalised, and high-quality engagement. Working closely with senior high value staff, the Coordinator will manage supporter communications, assist with proposals and reporting, help to coordinate events and cultivation activities, and maintain accurate CRM data. They will also support key initiatives such as the Giving Circle and contribute directly to income generation through a small trust mailing.

By taking on administrative and coordination responsibilities, the role enables senior team members to focus on relationship-building and securing major gifts. Ultimately, the Coordinator will strengthen supporter experience, improve retention, and help drive sustainable income growth in line with Anthony Nolan’s long-term fundraising ambitions.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver personalised stewardship, including acknowledgements, updates, and impact reports
  • Support development of funding proposals, reports, and donor communications
  • Support coordination of cultivation activities (events, supporter visits, Giving Circle logistics)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track supporter journeys and pipeline progression
  • Lead the small Trusts mailing (twice annually) and manage a low–mid level trusts portfolio
  • Act as liaison across teams to ensure joined-up supporter engagement
  • Provide administrative and operational support to improve team efficiency

Essential Attributes

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills for both internal stakeholder, and external supporter-facing content
  • Experience using CRM/database systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative working skills
  • Interest in fundraising, philanthropy, or the charity sector
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office programmes, database management, and web-based technologies such as Sharepoint and MS Teams.
