We’re here to uncover the answers inside us for people with blood cancer and blood disorders. By uniting people and science, we’re growing our world-leading stem cell register, so everyone who needs a transplant can find their lifesaving match. We’re currently giving four people a day another chance to live. - Salary: £51,500 per annum
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
- Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and prioritise product requirements.
- Conduct user research, prototyping, data analysis, and process mapping to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Ensure robust documentation levels are developed and maintained across the product lifecycle including specifications, SOWs, Business Case Process Maps, workshop outputs, etc.
- Support the agile development lifecycle, including user stories, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and align on product direction.
