Anthony Nolan is the charity that makes lifesaving connections between patients in need and incredible strangers ready to donate their stem cells. We’re here to uncover the answers inside us for people with blood cancer and blood disorders. By uniting people and science, we’re growing our world-leading stem cell register, so everyone who needs a transplant can find their lifesaving match. We’re currently giving four people a day another chance to live. Driven by patients, backed by stem cell donors, and powered by science, we won’t stop until we’ve unlocked the cures, treatments and transplants that will transform the future for more patients.

  • Salary: £51,500 per annum
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
  • Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and prioritise product requirements.
  • Conduct user research, prototyping, data analysis, and process mapping to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Ensure robust documentation levels are developed and maintained across the product lifecycle including specifications, SOWs, Business Case Process Maps, workshop outputs, etc.
  • Support the agile development lifecycle, including user stories, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and align on product direction.
