The Influencer Relations Manager is responsible for developing and delivering an impactful annual activity plan with emerging talent, ultimately building a strong, diverse ambassador pipeline. Working alongside the Celebrity Manager within the Comms team, this role leads a distinct but connected area of our high‑profile engagement approach.
Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of the influencer and ‘developing talent’ strategy
- Build and steward a pipeline of influencers, creators and developing talent aligned to priority audiences and goals
- Identify individuals with long‑term ambassador potential (not one‑off engagement)
- Establish and nurture authentic, values‑led relationships with developing talent and their representatives
- Act as a cross‑functional project team facilitator in our separate approach to Micro and Nano influencers, working closely with: Social team, Anthony Nolan Stem Cell Register team
- Track performance against agreed KPIs
