• Salary: £52,000 per annum - £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Contract: 18-month fixed term
• Hours: 35 per week across 5 days (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
• Location: Hybrid*, Nottingham

In this role, you will manage internal audits. As a designated person under the HTA, you will oversee regulatory matters such as data and report submissions. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be key to ensuring Anthony Nolan plans effectively for changes to the regulatory environment. We need a skilled quality management leader to join the Quality and Regulation team as the Head of Quality during a period of organisational assessment and optimisation.

This temporary role will support 2 of our Quality Managers with the development and maintenance of the quality management system (QMS) for the newly opened Cell Collection Centre, our Cell Therapy Centre, and the well-established Cord Programme. They will also contribute to the strategic review of the quality and regulation function at Anthony Nolan conducted by the Director of Quality and Regulation.

This role is ideal for a motivated and enthusiastic professional with experience working in a highly regulated healthcare laboratory environment, knowledgeable in the HTA regulatory environment. The candidate should be excellent at building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory and accreditation bodies and management teams within departments. They will be a confident leader and communicator who can influence and negotiate to ensure compliance with the quality management system. An experienced line manager who can oversee the team’s work, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks to meet service demands. Educating the team and others on quality principles will also be a key part of the role.
