We are looking for a Head of Business Delivery to join our H&I Laboratories team. The Head of Business Delivery is responsible for the strategic leadership of the Business Delivery function, encompassing commercial development, customer engagement, operational support services and service delivery across Anthony Nolan Laboratories. Working across the organisation, you will lead customer engagement, commercial growth and operational support services, ensuring H&I laboratories have the facilities, equipment, consumables, systems and infrastructure required to deliver safe, high-quality clinical and commercial services. Reporting to the Director of Laboratory Operations, you will lead the Business Delivery Supervisor and Laboratory Operations Supervisor, driving operational excellence, sustainable growth and continuous improvement across the function.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Significant leadership experience within a regulated healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences or H&I laboratory environment.
- Experience leading commercial service delivery and customer relationship management.
- Experience developing business opportunities and managing commercial contracts.
- Strong operational leadership skills, including oversight of procurement, H&I laboratory infrastructure, facilities or operational support services.
- Experience managing budgets, financial performance and business planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience of working within ISO 15189, EFI or other regulated H&I laboratory environments.
