- Salary: £30,750 per annum
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
- Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London
As a Donor Provision Support Coordinator, you will play an important part in providing support to UK transplant centres, international registries, and the wider Donor Provision team. You’ll process new requests for stem cell products. You’ll act as liaison between the patients’ team and donors registry, providing accurate, timely information, always delivering excellent customer service. You’ll also manage the timely delivery of medication and coordinate nurse referrals for UK donors undergoing G‑CSF injections, ensuring donors feel informed, supported and prepared. Throughout all aspects of the role, you will prioritise donor and patient safety, effectively triaging your workload in a fast-paced environment. Your strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, combined with a high level of attention to detail, will enable you to build constructive relationships, uphold quality standards, and help to support a safe, seamless donation process.
