Responsibilities include:

  • All aspects of Customer engagement including:
  • Event management, co-ordination and reporting.
  • Managing tenders.
  • Webinars.
  • Updating sales procedures and processes.
  • Increase revenue by acquiring new customers.
  • Increase revenue up-selling to existing accounts.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through regular contact.
  • Assist customers in understanding how to gain benefits from the solution.

The ideal person:

  • Experienced in customer engagement, account management or account development.
  • Currently in a technology environment or want to be in technology, in particular SaaS.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills, highly organised, driven and motivated to do well.
