Overview: We are looking for a proactive and resilient M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) Compliance Manager to join on a permanent basis, taking ownership of compliance across a diverse estate of several buildings in South Kensington. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can balance technical compliance with strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for M&E compliance across a portfolio of several buildings
- Manage and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes, ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and compliance records
- Act as a visible presence across the estate, keeping a close eye on site activities and addressing issues proactively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Confidently manage and influence challenging customers and stakeholders
- Drive actions to completion, ensuring tasks are delivered efficiently and without delay
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in M&E compliance or maintenance within complex environments
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance, PPMs, and associated documentation
