You will advise and represent clients in disputes relating to wills, estates, trusts and inheritance, handle claims under the Inheritance Act 1975, and manage cases through all stages of litigation with sensitivity and professionalism.
Ideal candidates have 2-5 years PQE in contentious probate, excellent negotiation, advocacy and drafting skills.
