Are you ready to bring your PI or clinical negligence experience to a supportive team on a 12 month maternity cover? You will manage PI, clinical negligence and Claims Against Public Authority claims, taking client instructions, drafting documents and maintaining strong relationships. You will work within a close-knit team that values collaboration and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients and manage PI/clinical neg matters
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, opponents, medical experts
  • Negotiate with opposing parties
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Provide clear, professional and timely legal advice while managing clients’ expectations
