In this role, you will help deliver high-quality legal advice to Registered Providers as part of a leading and nationally recognised social housing practice. Key Responsibilities Undertake legal due diligence, raise enquiries and prepare title reports. Draft and negotiate legal documents, including land contracts, development agreements, leases and transfers. Manage exchange, completion and post-completion matters. Prepare and maintain transaction checklists, project plans and progress reports. Deliver high-quality legal services and build strong client relationships. Accurately record time and manage performance against agreed targets. Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
