Department: PI and Clinical Negligence

Location: Birmingham

You will manage PI, clinical negligence and Claims Against Public Authority claims, taking client instructions, drafting documents and maintaining strong relationships. You will work within a close-knit team that values collaboration and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients and manage PI/clinical neg matters
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, opponents, medical experts
  • Negotiate with opposing parties
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Provide clear, professional and timely legal advice while managing clients’ expectations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • PI or clinical negligence experience essential
  • Experience working on Claims Against Public Authorities, Abuse or Human Rights litigation desired
  • Excellent client care and communication
  • Organised, flexible and commercially aware
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
