Description
Are you a highly organised and detail-orientated individual looking for a rewarding, socially impactful role?
You will support Legal Advisors across both the development and stock rationalisation teams with pre- and post-completion administrative requirements, in either a paralegal or non-qualified project co-ordinator capacity . The role offers varied, client-focused work utilising purpose built real estate AI solutions in a leading and nationally recognised social housing practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transaction timelines and progress
- Support due diligence and datarooms
- Prepare reports, checklists and correspondence
- Handle client queries and post-completion tasks
- Use legal technology to streamline delivery
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence using legal technology and databases
