Description
Are you a property development solicitor ready to lead complex social housing transactions that make a lasting impact?
You'll join our nationally recognised social housing team, supporting Partners on high-value development and stock rationalisation projects for Registered Providers. This is an excellent opportunity to work on nationally significant affordable housing schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and portfolio transactions
- Manage due diligence and risk reviews
- Draft and negotiate property documents
- Advise Registered Providers on development matters
- Support business development and mentoring
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Qualified solicitor, 3+ years' PQE
- Property development or transactional experience
- Strong drafting and stakeholder skills
- Commercial, practical approach to risk
- Able to manage multiple matters effectively
