We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to help with the delivery of work in our Plots and Home Ownership Teams, within our Property department. The teams carry out a wide variety of work, both complex and routine, for Housing Association clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting a number of fee earners in the teams
- File opening and file closing
- Drafting legal documents
- Obtaining Land Registry documents
- Obtaining conveyancing searches
- Responding to Land Registry requisitions
- Preparing legal packs
- Preparing standard letters and finance forms
- Scanning and document handling
You’ll need to demonstrate:
