We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive Office Services Assistant to deliver high-quality client service by supporting the firm with a range of general administrative duties.
- Provide essential administrative assistance including photocopying, scanning, collating, paginating, laminating, and binding of documents, brochures, and court bundles
- Assist in the preparation, processing, and archiving of files, including managing requests for archived materials
- Support the opening and closing of files in accordance with firm procedures
- Deliver consistent reception cover, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the post room, including handling incoming and outgoing mail
The Office Services Assistant team plays a key role across the firm and is office-based five days per week, providing dependable support wherever needed.
This opportunity is ideally suited to someone with previous experience in office support or administration, though we will also consider applications from college leavers (completed A Levels) who can demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
