Solicitor / Associate – Property at Anthony Collins

We’re recruiting a 2-5 years PQE Property Lawyer to join our Manchester office. You’ll work with housing associations across the North as part of our national Social Housing Development team. We provide expert advice on regeneration, residential development, and commercial leases, helping clients deliver affordable housing and improve communities.

Responsibilities

• Join a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked team
• Work on varied, complex property transactions
• Collaborate with one of the largest multi-disciplinary housing teams in the UK

Qualifications

• 2-5 years PQE in property law
• Experience acting for Registered Providers of Social Housing
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Enjoy building client relationships and delivering high-quality advice across a range of transactions
