Do you want to build hands‑on experience supporting high‑impact Housing Litigation work? You will support Housing Litigation solicitors to deliver a high‑quality service to social housing clients. The role offers varied casework exposure across disrepair and possession matters, with strong supervision and development. You will work closely with solicitors and clients across housing associations, local authorities and charity landlords.
Key Responsibilities
- Support housing litigation casework from pre‑action to litigation
- Draft court documents under supervision
- Liaise with courts, counsel, experts and clients
- Assist with billing, settlements and reporting
- Maintain accurate time recording and case files
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience preferred but not essential
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
