Are you ready to advise clients with confidence while playing a key role in governance matters? You will provide high‑quality, accurate advice to clients, managing matters from instruction through to resolution. You will advise social purpose organisations on legal structure, incorporations, governance reviews, and a wide range of associated work. Based in either our Birmingham or Manchester office, you will work within the Governance team, collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm on day‑to‑day work and wider projects.

  • Take client instructions and provide clear, pragmatic advice
  • Draft and manage documentation and client files
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support supervision of paralegals and executives
  • Contribute to cross‑team projects and business development
