Are you ready to bring your PI or clinical negligence experience to a supportive team on a 12 month maternity cover? You will manage PI, clinical negligence and Claims Against Public Authority claims, taking client instructions, drafting documents and maintaining strong relationships. You will work within a close-knit team that values collaboration and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients and manage PI/clinical neg matters
- Maintain regular communication with clients, opponents, medical experts
- Negotiate with opposing parties
- Maintain accurate records
- Provide clear, professional and timely legal advice while managing clients’ expectations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- PI or clinical negligence experience essential
- Experience working on Claims Against Public Authorities, Abuse or Human Rights litigation desired
- Excellent client care and communication
- Organised, flexible and commercially aware
- Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities
