Are you passionate about coordinating impactful learning and development programmes? Anthony Collins are looking for a 12-month maternity cover for a part-time, four‑day‑a‑week role. You will support the delivery and improvement of L&D initiatives, making sure programmes are engaging, compliant and aligned to firm objectives. Working closely with colleagues across the firm, you will enhance learning experiences for all cohorts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate programmes, including early talent
- Support apprentice recruitment/interviews
- Deliver and organise inductions
- Manage learning logistics and communications
