Are you ready to lead, mentor, and drive excellence as you step into a key leadership role in conveyancing? You will support the Head of Conveyancing, deputising as needed, delivering high‑quality legal work and guiding junior colleagues. You will help shape departmental performance and strengthen client relationships within our conveyancing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deputise for the Legal Director in departmental leadership.
- Deliver high‑quality conveyancing services and manage key client relationships.
- Mentor and supervise junior legal staff to achieve targets.
- Contribute to business planning and procedural development.
- Drive commercially effective, client‑focused service delivery.
