Are you a junior corporate lawyer looking to grow your transactional experience within a supportive and successful team? You will work on a range of high‑quality corporate transactions, providing accurate, solutions‑focused advice to our clients while developing your expertise across mergers, acquisitions, disposals, investments and group restructures. Key Responsibilities
- Support on and manage elements of mergers, acquisitions, disposals, investments and restructures.
- Draft, review and negotiate transactional documentation.
- Advise clients clearly and commercially, building strong ongoing relationships.
- Manage client files accurately and efficiently, ensuring high‑quality standards.
- Contribute to the team’s continued growth through excellent client service.
