Are you a junior corporate lawyer looking to grow your transactional experience within a supportive and successful team? You will work on a range of high‑quality corporate transactions, providing accurate, solutions‑focused advice to our clients while developing your expertise across mergers, acquisitions, disposals, investments and group restructures. This role offers clear progression and the chance to contribute to exciting, increasing volumes of work. You’ll join a collaborative Corporate Team that is expanding due to sustained success and growing client demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support on and manage elements of mergers, acquisitions, disposals, investments and restructures.
  • Draft, review and negotiate transactional documentation.
  • Advise clients clearly and commercially, building strong ongoing relationships.
  • Manage client files accurately and efficiently, ensuring high‑quality standards.
  • Contribute to the team’s continued growth through excellent client service.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience in corporate transactional work, including M&A and investments.
  • Ability to analyse issues and provide practical, client‑focused advice.
