Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Client Services Executive to join our Court of Protection team. The role will primarily be to support legal advisors in the Court of Protection Personal Planning and Management team, but there is opportunity to work across the rest of the private client teams which include family, childcare, mental health and wills and probate.
Responsibilities
- Typing via dictation
- Dealing with documentation - to include applications to the Court of Protection, court orders, finance requests etc
- Diary Management
- File management - to include opening and closing files, carrying out compliance checks, scanning and saving documents to the document management system
- Contact with clients and professionals via telephone and email
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and keen to get involved and take on whatever may come their way. Their ability to contribute to a busy department as a reliable team player is essential. They will have the ability to confidently and sensitively build rapport with clients and third parties and manage client expectations.
