Are you looking to shape impactful client outcomes in Employment & Pensions law? You will advise clients, manage matters and deliver high‑quality legal solutions. You’ll build relationships and support business growth. Based in either our Birmingham or Manchester office within the Employment & Pensions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on client matters, delivering clear, commercially focused advice
- Managing own caseload of employment tribunal claims
- Ensure high standards of service and compliance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser
- Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation with accuracy
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong technical knowledge of Employment and/or Pensions law
- Experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Drafting and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
