Are you a detail-driven Paralegal ready to support high-volume legal work? You will support solicitors delivering high-quality client work within our Birmingham Local Government Team. This is a 6-12 month FTC focused on fast-paced residential transactions with hybrid working available with 2-3 days in the office. Join a busy team handling significant new work and monthly volumes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Imputing data into standard agreements
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors and third parties via email and telephone
  • Engrossing documents and attending to completion arrangements
  • Drafting SDLT returns
  • Making applications to HMLR and responding to requisitions
